Academic leadership and advice

Senior University of Edinburgh faculty will provide guidance on academic strategy for Gujarat Biotechnology University, including: teaching and learning, research and innovation, industry-academia engagement, international profile, and quality assurance. University of Edinburgh will provide advice on academic policies and will advise on the infrastructure, facilities, services and expertise needed to ensure operational effectiveness for teaching and research excellence.

Faculty training and development

University of Edinburgh’s Institute for Academic Development will provide a bespoke development programme for Gujarat Biotechnology University academic staff, based on University of Edinburgh’s academic training model.

Visiting faculty

Several experienced University of Edinburgh Faculty will visit Gujarat Biotechnology University every year to provide curriculum enhancement, develop and foster research and teaching collaborations.

Student project placements

Selected Gujarat Biotechnology University students will undertake research placements hosted and supervised at University of Edinburgh during their programme of study.
